By downloading, installing, or using the MobileHisaab mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

MobileHisaab helps small business owners manage:

• Billing and invoicing
• Inventory management
• Customer records
• Sales and purchase tracking
• Profit and loss reports
• Repair job tracking (for electronics businesses)

3. User Account

3.1 Registration

You must create an account with your phone number and OTP verification. You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain security of your credentials
• Notify us of unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all account activities

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Plans

• Free Plan: Basic features with limitations
• Premium Plans: Unlimited billing, Google Drive backup, custom branding

4.2 Payment Terms

• Prices in Indian Rupees (₹) include applicable taxes
• Payments via secure third-party gateways
• Lifetime plans provide permanent access

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not use for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Ensure data accuracy and legal compliance
• Not hack or compromise the App's security
• Comply with applicable tax laws

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us license to store and process it for service delivery. You are responsible for data accuracy and maintaining backups.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App (code, design, logos, content) are owned by MobileHisaab. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MobileHisaab is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness, error-free operation, or calculation accuracy.

9. Limitation of Liability

MobileHisaab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, or amounts exceeding fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We may terminate your account for Terms violation, fraud, non-payment, or at our discretion with notice. You may request data export within 30 days of termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms and will notify you via in-app or email notifications. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to Indian courts' jurisdiction.
