that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and
conditions for refunds on our paid services.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new purchases. Your satisfaction is our priority.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Eligible for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
- You have not extensively used the premium features
- This is your first refund request for MobileHisaab
- Technical issues prevent you from using the App that we cannot resolve
2.2 Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Request made after 7 days from purchase date
- Extensive use of premium features before refund request
- Multiple refund requests (one per user)
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Account suspended for fraudulent activity
- Change of mind after the 7-day period
3. Lifetime Plans
For lifetime access plans:
- 7-day refund window applies from the purchase date
- After 7 days, lifetime plans are non-refundable
- Lifetime access remains valid indefinitely after the refund window
Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase. Please evaluate the App during the 7-day period to ensure it
meets your needs.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Email us at support@mobilehisaab.com with subject "Refund Request"
- Step 2: Include your registered phone number and payment details
- Step 3: Provide the reason for your refund request
- Step 4: Our team will review and respond within 2-3 business days
5. Refund Process
5.1 Review Timeline
Once we receive your refund request:
- We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation of approval or denial
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
5.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method:
- UPI payments: Refunded to the same UPI ID
- Card payments: Refunded to the same card
- Net banking: Refunded to the same bank account
5.3 Account Status After Refund
Once a refund is processed:
- Your account will be downgraded to the free plan
- Premium features will be deactivated immediately
- Your business data will remain intact on the free plan
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be offered in special circumstances:
- Service outages affecting your usage
- Technical issues that significantly impacted functionality
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
7. Subscription Cancellation
If you have a recurring subscription:
- You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges
- Access continues until the current billing period ends
- No refund for the current billing period after 7 days
- Cancel through the App settings or contact support
8. Exceptions
We may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion for:
- Medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances
- Service-related issues caused by MobileHisaab
- Documented technical problems we cannot resolve
