2.1 Account Information (Stored on Our Server)

We collect minimal information only for subscription and account management:

• Phone Number: For account verification and login via OTP
• Name: Your name or business owner name
• Shop/Business Name: For subscription management

This is the only data we store on our servers.

2.2 Business Data (Stored Locally on Your Device)

The following data is stored only on your device and is NOT sent to our servers:

• Bills and invoices
• Customer details and contacts
• Product and inventory information
• Transaction history
• Sales and purchase records
• Repair job records
• Profit and loss data

3. How We Use Your Information

The minimal account information we collect is used only for:

• Account Verification: To verify your phone number via OTP during login
• Subscription Management: To manage your subscription status and premium features
• Customer Support: To assist you when you contact our support team
• Service Updates: To notify you about important app updates (optional)

We do NOT use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Local Device Storage

Your business data is protected on your device with:

• Local Encryption: All sensitive data stored on your device is encrypted
• Offline Access: The app works completely offline – no internet required for billing
• Your Control: Data remains on your device under your control

4.2 Optional Backup

You can optionally backup your data to:

• Google Drive: Your personal Google Drive account (premium feature)

When using Google Drive backup, data is transferred directly to YOUR Google account – we do not have access to your Google Drive backups.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. We may share minimal account data only when:

• Legal Requirements: When required by law or court order
• Payment Processing: With payment gateways for subscription payments (they only receive payment details, not your business data)

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: All your business data is accessible directly on your device
• Export: Export your data anytime from within the app
• Deletion: Delete your data by clearing app data or uninstalling
• Account Deletion: Contact us to delete your account from our servers

7. Data Retention

On Our Servers: We retain your account information (phone, name, shop name) as long as your account is active. Contact us to request deletion.

On Your Device: Your business data remains on your device until you delete it. We have no access to or control over this data.

8. Children's Privacy

MobileHisaab is a business application not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Third-Party Services

Our app integrates with:

• Google Drive: For optional backup (data goes to YOUR account)
• WhatsApp: For sharing invoices (you control what you share)
• Payment Gateways: For subscription payments only

These services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
